Pilates is a global training method that combines the stretching and toning of the muscles (both superficial and deep) to achieve effects such as improving posture, strengthening and strengthening muscles, providing flexibility and stability to the joints, improving concentration mental on body movements and create a more defined and stylized body shape.

To do this, different exercises are performed adapted to each patient according to age, physical condition, pathologies …

Who is it for? The Pilates Method is indicated for everyone, both for those who are introduced for the first time in physical activity, and for those who seek to improve the movement (athletes, artists …) It is highly recommended in people who have just suffered an injury or that are recovering from it since, combined with physiotherapy, accelerates the healing of it. Pilates has proven its effectiveness in pathologies such as herniated discs, back pain, back pain, scoliosis, sciatica, osteoarthritis … Also women in the post-partum period can benefit as it helps to recover the strength of the abdominal girdle.

They will be carried out in small groups (4 people maximum) with similar characteristics, which guarantees that the treatment is as personalized as possible while enjoying the advantages of doing a group activity.
